“Incredible and fantastic”
Booked my trip with ultra short notice, which was no problem. The driver, Raquesh (?), turned up pn time at 06:00 a.m. to collect me from my hotel in Delhi. His English was limited, although we could communicate. He was a great driver. The car was airconditioned. Upon arrival Nazeem (?) welcomed us. Saw the awesome Taj Mahal and “baby Taj Mahal” as well as Agra Fort. All of this just incredible. Thereafter we went to a marble shop, not a souvenir shop, as you would probably expect. This was a marble / precious stone very small workshop, where they produced the beautiful marble pieces covered with precious stones. Items were fantastic and for some maybe a bit expensive. A large item weighting more than 50 kg, was sold at USD 27000. I bought a mug with 819 extremely tiny precious stones (29 different stones and colours), all meticulously input into the carvings on the mug by hand. I paid several hundred USD for this fantastic mug. The return trip to Delhi went smoothly.
